Everyone is getting bored in this LOCKDOWN. To enjoy this LOCKDOWN , firstly you have to make up your mind and understand that it is advised for your well being only. When you will accept this LOCKDOWN for your good then you will start thinking ways to pass this period.
So, here are 12 things which you can do during this period to pass your time as well as to improve yourself:--
1. EXERSICE
This will build a strong foundation on which your whole day resides. It is the best period in which you can easily make it your habit.We all know that "Health is wealth" , just keep this in mind and be consistent with your workout. It will keep you happy because exersice generates happy hormones in your body and improves your health.
2. JOIN A NEW COURSE
This will add an extra skill in your personality through which you can also start earning money. It depends on you that in which field you want to improve or learn .You can easily find many courses related to your interest , do a little bit of research to find the best affordable course. And after this lockdown you will come out with a new skill .
3. CHALLENGE YOURSELF
It has always seen that whenever we get challenged we give our extra effort to complete that challenge and in result you get to know that ,WOW i can do this thing which i have never tried before. So, daily give yourself a new challemge like tommorrow you will wake up 1hr before than your daily rising time , or you will do 20 more push-ups than you normally do or you will keep mum for 8hrs or you will try to write with your other hand and do things which you have never tried earlier because of some fear.
4. YOUTUBE IN FREE TIME
There are thousands of things which you can easily learn from youtube without any money. Start learning small things like how you can improve your communication skill , a particular dance step ,accupressure etc. Youtube is that platform where you can learn things from how to write alphabets to how to publish your book. Youtube can give you solutions to maximum problems for which you don't have to spend a single coin.
5. KNOW YOUR FAMILY
This is the the best period in which you can make your family bond stronger than ever. In this fast world we fail to give proper time and emotional support to them. Be friendly with them ,erase your all hesitations which stops you to be their emotional partner. Know their hobbies, like-dislike,help them in their work , make them feel that you are always there for them. Because having a happy and understanding family is blessing.
6. REMINDING OLD BONDS
Old bonds are covalent bonds , they are very strong and unbreakable. There are a lot of lovely memories related with them. You should always keep in touch with them keeping your ego aside that why they have not tried to contact you. Those school, college friends will always be the same for you. That love , madness , unity will always be the same. This lockdown can reunite your old bonds digitally. So,conference your friends on call and i am damn sure you are gonna get stomach pain by laughing madly.
7. DECORATE YOUR PLACE
Clean your place daily. Find ways to decorate your place. Put the objects to their respective places.You can decorate your place by using small things like LED lights , bright papers, paintings ,handmade arts, wall stickers etc which will provide a new perspective to the place as well as your mind .When you orgaanize things , your thoughts also get organized.
8. COOK YOUR FAVORITE FOOD
Cooking is not a very hard job also not an easy one but when one have time like a LOCKDOWN to learn then it becomes easy because there are various videos online which can make you cook good. Yes, it may happen for the first time that your food get burns or you put wrong amount oF ingredients but you have enough time to make your favorite food and be a master in it.
9. FUTURE WORKS
There might be some work pending due to sudden lockdown but you know when lockdown will end you will have to get it completed. So , think calmly and use your future vision to make a list of things which you will have to do when this period ends so that you can start early and make less work left .
10. ART
Wanna increase your concentration power? Start making any type of art it improves your concentration power . If you are not good at making paintings , start making small things slowly , take your full time and try to perfectly draw them. It can happen that makin paintings ,drawing becomes your new way of presenting your deep feelings . Many researches show that a good handwriting means an organised and focused mind. A good handwriting is also an art.
11. MOVIES
Movies are the best known way to enjoy time and pass time.You do watch a lot of movies but this time try to watch watch movies or webshows which will put an impact on your thinking, which will provide a broad vision to your mind.
12. RECORD YOUR LOCKDOWN
Write or record your experience of lockdown , What you did ? How you passed this type of period by sitting in home? What you have learnt from this lockdown? These experiences will help you in your old age.You will feel happy that you passed this period by accepting the law and learning new things.
