THE BAD SIDE OF EXPERIENCE

Experience do comes from struggle which puts a great impact on life .

Having experience of anything is a great achievement because it is achieved by living every moment of that particular thing . A  person with more experience will be one step ahead than a normal person most of the times, but the experienced one cannot be right all the time. Because over the years somewhere in his mind he has made a believe( due to fear) , a believe like a particular work in which he has failed can't be done.

So, when the same situation occurs in present time in  which he had failed  he will never let his younger to do that , thinking that it is very tough. He is not gonna think that it might get completed by another way. This type of belief makes him overconfident about him. Such type of people will always put others advice down. He will  feel disrespected when his saying is not followed . Also , whenever any younger will put his better idea towards the same thing in which they have succeeded in their own way, they will not accept the other methods whose result can be far better than theirs.
It is very tough to change their thinking which has been deep seated in their mind from many years .

They should understand that it is not necessary that whatever your younger is saying lacks maturity.
If you have seen the movie '3 idiots' , there is a character Farhan Qureshi (R. Madhavan) who badly wants to make his career in Wildlife photography but his father being overprotective forces him to do engeneering . He tries to convince him by comparing his neighbour's boy that how will you feel when Sharma 's boy will have big cars , big bunglow and lots of money. This is the reason why parents (especially Indian) don't want their children to do something out of the box which is risky.
